The Winter Break Challenge is going home this week in Wednesday folders. For your convenience, all passwords are on the back of the printed page. MobyMax may be new to some students, but hopefully the others are all somewhat familiar. Please know that I understand that technical difficulties may occur and accept all efforts made to complete the nine tasks listed. As always, I suggest that students bring a book wherever they go--- electronic or "old school". You never know when you'll have some free time to read. The student ID# is the username for logging in and begins with a letter S. This number can be found in the parent cloud and on report cards. Some teachers have changed the passwords for MobyMax, but in most cases students are aware of this from accessing MobyMax in the classroom or the computer lab. Please know that I understand that we may experience technical difficulties and want to reward all efforts for participation. If you cannot log in and your child completes all of the other squares, sign off on this challenge and send the paper back to school in January! No worries!!!

When I was in the winter break, the book I loved the most was The complete guide to the 50 States by Nancy Dickmann. I played guessing games with my family using this book. That was lots of fun!

During the winter break I read a book called :Magic tree house #14 Day of the Dragon king. Jack and Annie went to China by the Magic Tree House. At the darkest hour Morgan the magic librarian sent help to China for Jack and Annie.I really enjoy the winter break challenge.
